My research focuses on numerical methods for fluid dynamics and Brownian motion. At BCAM I develop schemes for Brownian dynamics with hydrodynamic interactions and I use these methods to disentangle the interplay between microswimmers, hydrodynamic interactions and Brownian motion in several problems. I joined the CFD-MS group at BCAM
after completing my Ph.D. at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and after stays at the Courant Institute and the Flatiron Institute in New York.
